By accessing or using Plantiful Meal (the "Service"), including the website at plantifulmeal.com and the Plantiful Meal iOS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Plantiful Meal is a subscription-based vegan meal planning service. We provide curated weekly recipes and automatically generate consolidated shopping lists based on your recipe selections. You may also send your shopping list to third-party grocery services for delivery or pickup.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your information up to date.
Free trial: Free trials may be offered on select platforms (e.g., iOS app). Where available, your payment method will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Pricing: The subscription is $4.99 per month. Prices may change with notice.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed through Apple (for iOS app purchases) or Stripe (for web purchases).
Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. For iOS subscriptions, manage cancellation through your Apple ID account settings. For web subscriptions, manage cancellation through your account settings on plantifulmeal.com. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests for iOS purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests for web purchases may be made by contacting us at support@plantifulmeal.com.

All content on Plantiful Meal, including recipes, text, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Plantiful Meal and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Instacart for grocery delivery. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their own terms and conditions. Plantiful Meal is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or quality of third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recipes will meet specific dietary or nutritional requirements beyond being plant-based. Always check ingredient labels if you have allergies or specific dietary needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plantiful Meal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time from the account settings in the app. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your personal data, recipe selections, favorites, and shopping lists. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
