Peanut Butter and Jelly Wrap with Mixed Fruit and Granola

  • 4 whole Sprouted Whole Grain Tortillas
  • 4 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 4 tbsp Fruit Jam
  • 1 cup Apple
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 2 whole Banana
  • 4 tbsp Granola

Instructions

  1. Warm each tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 20 seconds per side, or wrap in a damp paper towel and microwave for 15 seconds.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter in a stripe down the center of each warm tortilla.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of jam in a stripe directly next to the peanut butter on each tortilla.
  4. Distribute the chopped apple, blueberries, and banana slices evenly over the peanut butter and jam on each tortilla.
  5. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of granola over the fruit on each tortilla, then roll up tightly to enclose the filling. Slice each wrap in half and serve.
