Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) Black Beans
- 2 medium Mango
- 1 medium Red Bell Pepper
- ¼ medium Red Onion
- 1 small Jalapeño
- 3 tbsp Lime Juice
- ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro
Instructions
- Drain and rinse black beans.
- Dice mango, bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeño.
- Toss everything together in a large bowl.
- Add lime juice and chopped cilantro; toss to coat.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.
