  • 2 medium Mango
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper
  • ¼ medium Red Onion
  • 1 small Jalapeño
  • 3 tbsp Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse black beans.
  2. Dice mango, bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeño.
  3. Toss everything together in a large bowl.
  4. Add lime juice and chopped cilantro; toss to coat.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.
