Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 ¾ cups Plant-based Milk
  • 4 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 4 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Divide the rolled oats, plant-based milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract evenly among 4 jars or bowls.
  2. Stir each jar very well, making sure the chia seeds are fully dispersed throughout the mixture.
  3. Season with a pinch of salt and stir again.
  4. Cover each jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, for the creamiest texture.
  5. In the morning, stir each jar well. If the oats are too thick, loosen with a splash of plant-based milk. Enjoy cold or warmed in the microwave for 60 to 90 seconds.
