
Overnight Oats
Creamy, no-cook overnight oats with chia seeds and maple syrup that come together in 5 minutes and are ready to grab from the fridge in the morning.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 2 ¾ cups Plant-based Milk
- 4 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 4 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Divide the rolled oats, plant-based milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract evenly among 4 jars or bowls.
- Stir each jar very well, making sure the chia seeds are fully dispersed throughout the mixture.
- Season with a pinch of salt and stir again.
- Cover each jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, for the creamiest texture.
- In the morning, stir each jar well. If the oats are too thick, loosen with a splash of plant-based milk. Enjoy cold or warmed in the microwave for 60 to 90 seconds.
