
Peach Raspberry Overnight Oats
Creamy no-cook overnight oats layered with fresh peaches, raspberries, raisins, and toasted almonds for an easy make-ahead breakfast.

- 1 ½ cups Rolled Oats
- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 ½ cups Raspberries
- 1 cup Peaches
- 4 tbsp Raisins
- ¼ cup Slivered Almonds
Instructions
- Divide the rolled oats and ground cinnamon evenly among 4 pint jars or airtight containers.
- Pour almond milk into each jar to just cover the oats, using about ½ cup per jar.
- Top each jar with raspberries, chopped peaches, raisins, and slivered almonds.
- Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
- To serve, eat cold straight from the jar, or transfer to a bowl and microwave for 30 to 45 seconds until warmed through.
