Peach Raspberry Overnight Oats

Creamy no-cook overnight oats layered with fresh peaches, raspberries, raisins, and toasted almonds for an easy make-ahead breakfast.

  • 1 ½ cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 ½ cups Raspberries
  • 1 cup Peaches
  • 4 tbsp Raisins
  • ¼ cup Slivered Almonds

Instructions

  1. Divide the rolled oats and ground cinnamon evenly among 4 pint jars or airtight containers.
  2. Pour almond milk into each jar to just cover the oats, using about ½ cup per jar.
  3. Top each jar with raspberries, chopped peaches, raisins, and slivered almonds.
  4. Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
  5. To serve, eat cold straight from the jar, or transfer to a bowl and microwave for 30 to 45 seconds until warmed through.
