
Asian Tofu Lettuce Wraps with Hoisin Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 block Extra-firm Tofu
- 2 heads Butter Lettuce
- 1 can (8 oz) Water Chestnuts
- 3 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tbsp Tamari
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 3 whole Garlic Cloves
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger
- 4 whole Green Onions
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tsp Sriracha
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add crumbled tofu and cook 6–7 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.
- Add garlic, ginger, and water chestnuts. Stir 1 minute.
- Add hoisin sauce, tamari, and rice vinegar. Toss 2 minutes until everything is coated and heated through.
- Spoon the filling into lettuce cups. Top with green onions, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of sriracha.
