
BBQ Chickpea Wraps
Smoky, saucy smashed chickpeas wrapped in a warm tortilla with crunchy slaw, creamy avocado, and pickled jalapenos.

Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz each) Chickpeas
- ½ cup Bbq Sauce
- 4 whole Large Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Coleslaw Mix
- 1 whole Avocado
- ¼ cup Pickled Jalapenos
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Salt
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chickpeas, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Cook 5 minutes, lightly smashing some chickpeas with a fork.
- Pour in BBQ sauce and stir until chickpeas are evenly coated. Cook 3-4 more minutes until heated through.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 15 seconds each.
- Divide BBQ chickpeas among the four tortillas.
- Top with coleslaw mix, avocado slices, and pickled jalapenos.
- Roll up tightly and slice in half.
