Hummus, roasted veggies, and greens in a wrap

Ingredients
- 2 large Large Flour Tortillas
- ½ cup Hummus
- ½ cup Roasted Red Peppers
- ½ medium Cucumber
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10 seconds.
- Spread a thick layer of hummus down the center of each tortilla.
- Slice cucumber and roasted red pepper into thin strips.
- Layer spinach, cucumber, and roasted red pepper over the hummus.
- Drizzle with lemon juice, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
