
3-Ingredient Banana Oat Pancakes

Ingredients
- 4 whole Ripe Bananas
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Blend bananas, oats, almond milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla in a blender until smooth.
- Let the batter rest 5 minutes to thicken.
- Heat 1 tsp coconut oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake. Cook 2–3 minutes until bubbles form, flip, cook 2 more minutes.
- Repeat with remaining batter, adding coconut oil as needed.
- Serve warm with maple syrup.
